Refund Policy

No refund after delivery

OwnDocs is a one-time purchase of digital source code. Once the source code or license credentials have been delivered to you, the purchase is final and no refund is available. Delivery cannot be undone, so this applies even if you have not yet deployed or used the software.

Before delivery

If a payment was confirmed but the source code has not yet been delivered, contact us and we will cancel the order and refund the payment.
