Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 August 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your purchase and use of the OwnDocs source code, sold by DevOps, a company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. By purchasing or using OwnDocs, you agree to these Terms.
2. What the license includes
OwnDocs is sold under two license tiers. The source license grants you the full OwnDocs source code, the right to white-label or rebrand it for your own project, and every Version 1 minor release and security patch for the lifetime of Version 1. The resale license includes everything in the source license, plus the right to resell, sublicense, or redistribute OwnDocs to your own customers. Version 2, the next major release, is not included in either license and is priced separately once it is planned. Full current terms and pricing are on the Pricing page.
3. Payment
OwnDocs is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Payment is arranged through the Contact page and settled by manual reference (bank transfer, mobile financial service reference, or similar). Source code and license credentials are delivered after payment is confirmed.
4. What you can't do
Under the source license, you may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute OwnDocs itself as a competing template or boilerplate product. Using it, including white-labeled, to build and run your own project or product is exactly what the license is for. The resale license lifts this restriction and permits reselling OwnDocs to your own customers; it does not permit representing yourself as OwnDocs or DevOps, or claiming authorship of the original source code.
5. No warranty
OwnDocs is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. DevOps is not liable for damages arising from your use of the software.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
